Maryann was awesome. I told her she needed to do a class on people that rent properties on ABNB. She was always available and even had her assistant that was always available. They were amazing! The cabin was great! They have thought of everything! My family was extremely pleased with our stay! We will rent it again!

Maryam cabin had a beautiful view that will make you forget all the daily stresses of life! The house was really accommodating and she was really responsive to any concerns of ours. We had a great time!

Maryam was an excellent host and the place was outstanding. It was big, had wonderful amenities. My kids and the rest of my family particularly loved the lower level game room and living room. It was a wonderful separation that the whole family loved. It was a great trip and we are very thankful for Maryam and her wonderful home.

I had a party of 13 people. The house accommodated everyone. It was a great weekend trip. Great location with great view. 3 min drive to Sunday River Resort. Would gladly book again next time we plan a trip to Sunday River.

My family and I spent Christmas at the chalet and had an amazing time. The space was incredibly comfortable, and the game room quickly became our favorite part of the house. We were also lucky enough to experience snow while we were there, which made the stay feel extra special. Maryam was a wonderful and very responsive host, making everything easy and enjoyable. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed including kitchen utensils. The Mountain View location was perfect, and we especially loved having access to the pool and hot tub that was private. The host was responsive and helpful at all times. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay to unwind and enjoy the beautiful skies!

We travel as a family of 5 adults and two dogs and we were very comfortable at Maryam’s place. The location is beautiful with the house set amongst the trees and a long view of the surrounding valley. The house is clean, the furniture comfortable, the heating is effective, and the kitchen is well-stocked. With plentiful solar panels on the house, we enjoyed having the jacuzzi heated and ready for use at any time. The swimming pool looks beautiful, however, it is not covered or heated and we did not use it. The game room with ping pong and foosball tables in the converted garage is fun. The long road up to the house is unpaved and has potholes; nevertheless, we did not have difficulty driving it in the rain. Finally, the host is very responsive and informative. We hope to stay at the house again sometime in the future.

We had a great week spending Christmas here with our family. The first floor master bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents who don’t do stairs very well anymore. Loved the game room, especially the old school video arcade machine with 100+ games one it, really brought back some memories! Great location, about 25 minutes to the grocery store and downtown. The Ingles grocery here is huge! Easy check in and host was very quick in responding to any questions.

Our extended family stayed here and it was lovely! Lots of space for everyone and a clean space for all. Great for kids who can get up and down stairs on their own. Lots of safety features to ensure the kids can’t access the pools. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in.
